Abstract
These Regulations, made under section 44 and item 7 of the First Schedule of the Forest Resources and Timber Utilisation Act, specify species that are protected and must not be felled or removed from any land for purposes of sale, except for scientific research purposes as authorised under the Wildlife Protection and Management Act 1998. They also determine species which shall not be exported in an unprocessed form.
