Garden Permit Ordinance (L.N. No. 86 of 1984).

This Ordinance requires a permit to be obtained by persons who wish to make a garden on any provincial land in the Isabel Province as set forth in the Schedule to this Ordinance. Gardening shall be allowed on provincial land if it doen not hinder provincial development or cause the loss of garden produce. The office of the Premier shall review provincial development plans prior to the issuance of a garden permit.
