Mines and Minerals (Amendment) Act 2008 (No. 2 of 2008).

This Act amends the Mines and Minerals Act: (a) in section 3 by inserting new definitions; (b) in section 7 in relation with procedures for the valuation of a company intending to or applying for reconnaissance permit, prospecting licence and mining lease; (c) in section 20 in relation with procedures for the application for a prospecting licence; and (d) in section 80 in relation with rules for tender.
