Solomon Islands Maritime Authority (Fees, Charges and Levies) Maritime Order (No. 2) (Amendment) (L.N. No. 75 of 2024).

This Order makes amendments Solomon Islands Maritime Authority (Fees, Charges and Levies) Maritime Order (No. 2) of 2022 by inserting the definition of Solomon Islands Waters in Paragraph 3; inserting a new sub paragraph 1(c) to Paragraph 5 regarding the payment of fees as marine aids to navigation dues by foreign vessels; inserting new paragraph 8A regarding maritime development levies; and amending Paragraph 19 regarding waiver and extension of time for payment of fee, charge of levy. It also makes amendments in the Schedules of the principal Order and inserts new Schedule 3A setting out maritime development levies.
