State Owned Enterprises Regulations 2010 (L.N. No. 29A of 2010).

These Regulations implement provisions of the State Owned Enterprises Act 2007 with respect to, among other things: appointment of directors and other matters regarding directors of state-owned enterprises such as appointment, duties and accountability of directors; economic regulatory functions of state-owned enterprises; community service obligations of state-owned enterprises prescribed by the Minister.
