Abstract
This Ordinance of the Provincial Assembly of the Temoty Province provides with respect to control on the keeping of livestock in the province so as to avoid nuisance and health hazards. Livestock does not include poultry.The Ordinance also requires a licence to be obtained for the keeping of livestock in the Lata township. The owner is responsible for ensuring that livestock is kept in a clean, healthy and sanitary condition so as not to create a health risk to the livestock, the occupiers of the property and/or any neighbouring properties.
