Wildlife Protection and Management Order 2014 (L.N. No. 38 of 2014).

These Regulations, made under section 34 of the Wildlife Protection and Management Act 1998, amend Schedules 1 and 2 of the Act with respect to a protected plant species. Schedule 1 sets out Prohibited Exports, whereas Schedule sets out Regulated and Controlled Species for purposes of control of protected animal and plant species.
