Abstract
The Beach Control Regulations 1978 are amended in regulation 19(2) paragraph (b) by inserting after the word “structure” the following words — “or without the prior written consent of the Commissioner of Police put beach beds, chairs, umbrellas and other similar objects or articles for commercial purposes”.
