Abstract
This Act amends the Coco-de-Mer (Management) Decree in various sections with respect to the amount of penalties for specified offences. It also amends section 48 by inserting after paragraph (d) the following paragraph-"(e) for the protection of the whole of or any part of the coco-de-mer tree and its habitat.".
