Abstract
This Notice concerns a declaration under section 13A(1) of the Coco-de-Mer (Management) Decree. Such a declaration shall: be made within 30 days after the date of publication of this Notice; be in the Form specified in the Schedule; and be submitted to the registering officer of the Division of Environment of the Ministry.
