Abstract
The Act concerns, among other matters, (a) the ban on the collection of shells in reserves, etc.; (b) the limit on the possession of shells; (c) the ban on the sale and purchase of unworked shells, etc.; (d) the ban on the export of shells; (e) restrictions on the use of explosives; (f) offences and penalties. The Act is completed by three Schedules regarding the following: Shell reserves (1); Protected shells (2); Exempt shells (3).
