Curatelle (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Act 6 of 2023).

This Act amends the Curatelle Act (principal Act). In the principal Act, after section 24, a new section 24A is inserted, which gives the power to the Curator to appoint an executor where no executor was appointed to a succession. In section 41 of the principal Act, after sub-section (6), new sub-sections (7), (8) and (9) are added. Further, certain consequential amendments are made to Articles 720, 790 and 828 of the Civil Code of Seychelles Act.
