Abstract
This Notice, made by the Minister responsible for Environment, Climate, Energy and Natural Resource, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 33(1)(a) of the Environment Protection Act, 2016 (Act 18 of 2016), provides for designating the areas specified in Schedules I, II and III as waste disposal sites.
