Abstract
These Regulations amend regulation 10 of the Environment Protection (Land and Waste Management Agency) Regulations, 2009. It concerns the establishment and composition of the Board of Landscape and Waste Management Agency and the appointment of 3 members of that Board which have such knowledge and experience likely to contribute to the successful direction of the affairs and operations of the Agency.
