Abstract
These Regulations amend the Environment Protection (Landscape and Waste Management Agency) Regulations by inserting regulation 5A on the appointment by the Minister of the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Landscape and Waste Management Agency and the powers of the Deputy Chief Executive to perform the functions of the Chief Executive Office.
