Environment Protection (Miscellaneous) Regulations (Cap. 71).

These Regulations provide with respect to miscellaneous matters for purposes of the Environment Protection Act 1994. They, among other things: prescribe fees for application for authorisations; specify laboratories recognised as environmental laboratories for the purpose of section 26 and define the functions of such laboratories; provide for pre-authorisation inspections and investigations; provide for the appointment as Government analyst and authorised offiers; and prescribe forms for applications for authorisations of discharges of effluent on land or in a watercourse and emission of air polluting substances. Authorisations in these Regulations are those made under section 7(4)(a) and7(5) and under section 8(2) or 8(3) of the Act.
