Abstract
These Regulations lay down, in the Schedule, noise emission standards. The limits of noise level in respect of areas and times referred to in the Schedule are prescribed as the noise emission standards for the purpose of sections 6 and 9 of the Environment Protection Act 1994. The Regulations also prescribe methods of testing and sampling.
