Abstract
These Regulations lay down, in the Schedule, the Effluent Quality Standard. This standard is prescribed for the discharge by any industry or process of effluents to soil, water or air or other medium that receives an effluent. The standard specifies parameters for concentrations of noxious substances and prescribes methods of sampling and analysis.
