Abstract
These Regulations amend the Export of Fishery Products (Sanitary) Regulations, 2010. In Schedule 10, the heading concerning heavy metal contaminants present in the aquatic environment is repealed and the following tables are amended accordingly.
Those tables cover the level of contaminants which must be present in fishery products for them to be considered as unfit for human consumption. They take in considerations lead, cadmium, mercury.
