Abstract
These Regulations prohibited the sale or offering for sale of spear-guns and prohibited the possession of spear guns of which it may be reasonable presumed that such spear-gun has recently been used or is intended to be used for fishing in waters of the Seychelles (arts. 4 and 5). Spear-gun is defined in section 2A of the Fisheries (Amendment) Ordinance, 1971.
