These Regulations amend the Hawksbill Turtles (Protection) Regulations, 1977 by providing for the protection of female Hawksbill Turtle. No person shall catch, kill, harpoon or otherwise take possession of any female Hawksbill Turtle in areas specified in the Schedule to these Regulations.
