Abstract
The National Emergency Foundation is established as a Fund to raise and distribute moneys for relief and redevelopment in relation with natural disasters affecting the Seychelles. The objectives of the Fund are set out in section 4. The Fund shall consist of moneys as specified in section 5 and shall be administered by a Board. The Board shall consult and cooperate with the relevant Ministries and other public authorities implementing its decisions. (11 sections)
