Abstract
Where the National Parks and Nature Conservancy Commission proposes to designate any area as a National Park, a Strict Natural Reserve, a Special Reserve, or an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is shall observe procedures set out in these Regulations, including mapping of the area (reg. 2), notices to be published regarding proposed areas (reg. 3), consideration of representations (reg. 5), and the modification of an area proposed in the maps under regulation 4. (6 regulations)
