Abstract
This Notice, made under section 2 of the Plant Pests Act, lists all plants that are not included in the definition of “plant” in the sense of the Act. The list includes fruits, nuts and vegetables.

Reprinted version of 1991 of S.I. No. 94 of 1936.Notwithstanding the repeal of the Plant Pest Act a statutory instrument made under that Act which is in force at the commencement of this Act shall, so far as the statutory instrument is not inconsistent with this Act, continue in force until it is amended or repealed by a statutory instrument made under this Act.
