Abstract
These Regulations introduce measures to prevent the spreading of the disease Haplographium Calophylli affecting the Takamaka Tree. No person shall remove a Takamaka Tree from an infected area in the sense of Plant Pests (Amendment of Schedule A and Infected Areas) Notice. Authorized officers may take measures necessary to fight the disease and may seize trees illegally transported from an infected area.
