Plant Protection (Aleurotrochelus atratus) Regulations, 2007 (S.I. No. 17 of 2007).

This Order prohibits the movement of coconuts or parts of coconut palms from one island to another island of the Seychelles without the written permission of the Authorised Officer. The Order also defines powers of enforcement of such officers and prescribes a penalty for contravention of the rule to move coconut.
