Abstract
This Act defines penalties in relation with offences against animal welfare. The Act also concerns remuneration to custodian of animals impounded, sale of impounded animals and birds, slaughter of injured animals and compensation of costs for the keeping of impounded animals. Animals shall include any turtle or tortoise.
