Public Health (Cattle Sheds) Regulations (Cap. 189).

These Regulations, made under section 16 of the Public Health Act, provide rules for stables in which cattle is kept and the keeping of cattle. It prescribes construction requirements for cattle-sheds." Cattle" shall include bulls, cows, oxen, heifers, calves, goats, sheep, horses, asses and mules. Shed shall be constructed and manure shall be stored at a specified distance from dwellings and stables shall be kept in order. All applications for permission to keep cattle shall be made in writing to the Medical Officer of Health. Sanitary inspectors may carry out inspections and the Medical Officer of Health may withdraw a permission in accordance with these Regulations.
