Abstract
These Regulations provide rules for the keeping of pigs. No pigs shall be kept within the scheduled area, i.e. part of the town of Victoria comprised within the boundaries defined in the Schedule. Pigs may be kept in the town of Victoria outside the scheduled area in properly constructed pig-sties which shall conform to the requirements regarding position, construction and maintenance. A Medical Officer of Health or a health inspector may serve a compliance notice on a person who keeps a pig in a manner, which is offensive or injurious or dangerous to public health.
