Public Procurement (Amendment) Act, no. 33 of 2022

This Act amends the Public Procurement Act of 2008. Amendments concern: inserting new definitions, including framework contract; variation of procurement methods; reasons to terminate or cancel procurement proceedings without entering into a contract; inserting a new section concerning simplified bidding; variation of procurement thresholds for good, services and works and for consultancy services.
