Public Procurement Regulations, Statutory Instrument no. 7 of 2014.

These Regulations, made under provisions of section 110 of the Public Procurement Act, 2008, provide for fundamental principles and rules for regulating public procurement and related matters, and apply to Ministries, departments, agencies and any other budget-dependent government entities. Matters covered by these Regulations include: procurement oversight unit and relating functions; procuring entities; general rules of public procurement; procurement planning; bidding process for open and limited bidding; bidding process for open and limited selection; contract award; contracts management; bidders and suppliers and identification criteria.
