Abstract
This Act establishes the Seychelles Agricultural Agency as a body corporate, defines its powers and functions and provides for its administration and functioning.
The objects of the Agency shall be food security, increase of agricultural production and modernization and development of the agricultural sector. Functions include the formulation of national policy, the promotion of organic production and providing technical assistance to the agricultural sector. The Agency shall establish a fund and shall be governed by a Board.
