Abstract
This Act establishes the Seychelles Heritage Foundation and defines its objectives and provides for its internal organization.
The Foundation shall identify, conserve and promote the cultural heritage of Seychelles and manage the cultural heritage sites as specified in the Schedule to this Act. The affairs of the Foundation shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The Minister responsible for culture may give general directions to the Board in relation with the performing of functions by the Board.
