Seychelles Tourism Board (Repeal) Act, 2021 (Act 20 of 2021).

This Act repeals the Seychelles Tourism Board Act (Cap 223). A person employed with the Seychelles Tourism Board under section 10 of the Act on the date of the repeal of the Act shall continue his or her employment with the Government of Seychelles. The provisions in respect of assets, liabilities and contracts of the Seychelles Tourism Board are made, including transfer of the same to the Government of Seychelles.
