Abstract
These Regulations regulate and prohibit various activities in the St. Anne Marine National Park, including the use of pleasure and tourist vessels, unlawful killing or disturbing living animals or plants in their habitats, polluting activities and use of gear. The National Parks and Nature Conservancy Commission may license the taking of fish in “casiers” by residents on privately-owned land within the National Park at conditions set out in regulation 12. The Commission may also license the taking of fish with hand-lines by residents in the National Park. No fishing or hunting gear specified in regulation 15 shall be brought into the Park. Collection of certain shellfish by residents on privately-owned land is allowed under regulation 15.
