State Land and River Reserves (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Act 33 of 2023).

This Act amends the State Land and River Reserves Act (principal Act). Section 2 of the principal Act is amended to add new definitions for the terms Foreign State and International Organisation. Section 6 is amended by inserting new subsection (4) after subsection (3) in respect of powers of President to deal with or dispose of state land. Section 10 is amended to substitute subsection (2) relating to condition on leases of state land and adding new subsections (3) to (7).
