Wild Animals and Birds Protection (Sheath-tailed Bat) Regulations, 2014 (S.I. No. 60 of 2014).

These Regulations, made under section 2 of the Wild Animals and Birds Protection Act, 1961, declare the Sheath-tailed bat to be a protected animal throughout Seychelles. No person shall shoot, kill or take this protected mammal, purchase, sell or exhibit it or disturb it while roosting. Offences and penalties are prescribed.
