Abstract
These Regulations declare the Seychelles Pond Turtle to be protected throughout Seychelles. No person shall keep, take or kill such turtle or purchase, sell, exhibit for sale, or export any preserved or stuffed Seychelles Pond Turtle. Penalties are prescribed.
