Abstract
These Regulations declare all birds, except those specified in these Regulations, to be protected throughout Seychelles during the whole year. No person shall shoot, kill or take any protected bird or take any egg of a protected bird and no person shall purchase, sell or exhibit for sale any protected bird or any egg of any protected bird. Offences and penalties are prescribed.
