Declaration of boundaries of Southern Kordofan State (Presidential Decree No. 21 of 2005).

Pursuant to article 58 of the Interim Constitution of the Republic of Sudan 2005 and according to article 2-1 of the Resolution of the Conflict in two states of Southern Kordofan and Blue Nile and article 10 of the Agreement of 31 December 2004 and the States Divisions Act 2005, the President of Sudan declares the boundaries of Southern Kordofan State to be the previous boundaries of Southern Kordofan Province as defined in the Act of the division of the provinces in 1974.
