Abstract
The aim of this Regulation is to protect the public health by the control, inspection, sampling and analysing of food. This Regulation is composed of 4 Chapters divided into 18 articles. Chapter 1 deals with terms and definitions. Chapter 2 provides for the inspection of food. Chapter 3 refers to sampling methods and analysis. Chapter 4 contains offences and penalties.
