Abstract
The aim of this Law is to regulate the issuance of patents. This Law is composed of 3 Sections divided into 58 articles. Section 1 deals with the following: (a) terms and definitions; (b) requirements and conditions for the issuance of patents; (c) agricultural and industrial exploitation of patents; (d) patent rights; (e) validity and fees of patents; (f) contacting licences; (g) obligatory licences; (h) right licences; (i) invalidity and cession of patents; and (j) offences and penalties. Section 2 provides for technical knowledge. Section 3 contains general provisions.
