Seeds Law of 1990.

This Law is composed of 6 Chapters divided into 30 articles. Preliminary provisions (chap. I). Seed management (chap. II) which include the following matters: Seed Board; Technical Committee; and the General Administration for Seeds. Regulating of seed production and agricultural crops (chap. III) in particular: registration; breeders, and agriculture increase; seed preparation; and inspection. Seed marketing (chap. IV) especially: seed trade; and the importation and exportation of seeds. Penalties and fees (chap. V). Concluding provisions are contained in Chapter VI.
