Act (1986:436) on prohibition of trade.

This Act lays down rules concerning prohibition of trade for entrepreneurs who have seriously neglected their obligations in business operations and thereby committed non-trivial criminal offenses. A prohibition of trade shall be imposed for a specific period of at least three and at most ten years. The Act contains specific rules on the effect of the prohibition; the procedure for examining questions regarding prohibition; revocation of the prohibition; and exemption from the prohibition.
