Abstract
The scope of this Act is to enhance the development and production of environmentally- friendly products that bring about energy savings during their whole life-cycle.
The Government shall, by Decree, indicate the products to which the Act shall apply and shall issue rules relative to design of products.
The Act also defines responsibilities of producers and importers with respect to eco-design products and provides with respect to control and enforcement.
