Abstract
The provisions of this Act supplement for Sweden provisions of Parliament and Council Regulation (EG) nr 1523/2007. It appoints the State Agricultural Agency as the competent supervisory authority for purposes of the carrying into effect and enforcement of the Community Regulation and defines the relevant powers and duties of the Agency. In addition, the Act concerns police assistance and offences.
