Act relative to certain packings of beverages.

This Act makes provision for the production and handling of PET plastic packing for beverages. For commercial handling of beverages in PET bottles the same permit is required as for importation and filling up of bottles. Applications for handling of PET bottles shall be made in accordance with sections 4 to 8. The Government or a public body to be appointed by the Government shall handle applications. The same public body shall carry out supervision on the implementation of provisions of the present Act. (16 sections)
