Abstract
This Act concerns compensation of loss of income by holders of special fishing rights in accordance with the Act on Fishing Rights (No. 596 of 1950). The compensation shall be paid in cash in accordance with the non-recurring amount. Application for compensation shall be made out to the Fisheries Agency. Decisions of the agency regarding compensation shall not be open to appeal. (6 sections)
