Act relative to the duty to report on the exploration for groundwater and drilling of wells (1975:424) .

This Act requires whoever is engaged professionally in the drilling, digging or any other operation for the exploration of groundwater to report to the Swedish Geological Exploration Institute. Section 3 specifies the information that is required, e.g. time and place of operations, technical specifications, level of groundwater, results of test pumping, and results of analysis of water quality. The information shall be submitted within three months after termination of the operations. (6 sections)
