Act relative to fishing leases.

An Act to regulate contracts for the lease of fishing rights between private parties. The application sphere of the Act is defined in article 1. Article 2 requires the contract to be in a written form. Other provisions of this Act define the content of the contract, rights and obligations of the parties, and regulate duration of contract, withdrawal from contract, the settlement of disputes, etc.
